"für immer" is a floating and almost pointillistic ambient piece (is it legal?) with generative harmonies, dramaturgy and rhythmic plot twists.

For this track, I wrote a generative algorithm in SuperCollider to produce these soft popping sounds going throughout the track. They never repeat exactly.

I produced the whole thing back in 2017 spontaneosly. This is why it is a standalone track.

In spite of the spontaneity, in the making it turned out to be a third part of my "German" trilogy of releases: "Wir", "Gemeinsam" and "Für Immer", which is kinda sentimental thing overall and is dedicated to my spouse, but who cares.

However, the chronology of production and the chronology of releases didn't happen to coincide for a handful of reasons.

I put out "Für Immer" online in 2017, then in 2018 "Wir" was released and only afterwards "Gemeinsam" came out in the same year.

Now I am dropping the releases in a wrong order, too, but this is due to the reversed overall chronology — from recent releases to earliest ones.

I will unpack my mythology around these releases and especially on the meaning of "Wir" next time when I put it out.
